Sad Day in Racinglast updated on 2/10/2013
We just received sad news today that we have lost one of our long time racers Dave MacDougal. Dave has raced at our track for many decades and was a real racer through and through. His last win came at the Larry Cowett memorial race as he raced against other long time competitors of Spud Speedway. Dave was a great supporter of racing as he helped his son Therran and grandson, Dillon become fierce competitors at Spud Speedway as well. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the MacDougal family during their difficult time.
2013 Track Rules Releasedlast updated on 2/10/2013
The 2013 Track rules have been released on our website under the drivers tab, then click on the driver's forms tab then click on official rules. You wll notice we have created a new division called the Outlaw Sportsman division which will allow any Super Street, Late Model or Prostock to compete in the same class. This will provide great side by side racing while also allowing any car from any track to compete at Spud Speedway. Another highlight of the rule changes is in the Challenger class as we will now allow 4 cyl cars to also compete in that division. Please feel free to check them out and be sure to email me with any questions
